PlayBulls ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Full name and email address during registration
- Profile photo and avatar (optional)
- Communications you send us via support chat or email
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device identifiers (Device ID, advertising ID)
- IP address and approximate geolocation
- Operating system, device model, and app version
- Gameplay data, session duration, and in-app actions
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
- FCM tokens for push notification delivery
1.3 Third-Party Sign-In
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as permitted by their OAuth consent screen. We do not receive your Google password.
1.4 Third-Party Advertising SDKs
The Service integrates the following third-party advertising and monetisation SDKs. Each SDK may independently collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalised ads:
- Google AdMob – collects advertising IDs and usage signals to serve targeted ads. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Facebook Audience Network – may collect device and behavioural data to deliver relevant advertisements. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Unity Ads – collects gameplay and device data to serve ads and measure campaign performance. Governed by the Unity Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising).
2. Virtual Currency & In-App Economy
PlayBulls uses a virtual currency system exclusively within the app. Virtual coins are earned by winning Ludo games, spinning the wheel, completing challenges, or receiving referral rewards. These coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or external goods, and exist solely to enhance the in-app gaming experience.
The Player Price feature allows you to buy and sell virtual shares of players using your in-app coin balance. A player's price rises when they win Ludo games and adjusts based on in-platform performance metrics. This is an entirely virtual, game-economy feature and does not represent any real-world financial instrument, security, or investment.
We do not collect or store any bank account numbers, UPI IDs, credit/debit card details, or any other real-world financial information. No real-money transactions are processed through the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and gaming profile
- Manage your virtual coin wallet and in-app economy activity
- Provide and improve the gaming experience (Ludo battles, Player Price trading, Spin & Win)
- Serve advertisements via AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, and Unity Ads
- Send you game-related notifications, promotions, and service announcements
- Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- Analyse usage patterns to improve product features
- Respond to your support requests
4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information with:
- Advertising partners (AdMob, Facebook, Unity) – device/ad identifiers for ad delivery and measurement
- Cloud infrastructure providers – to host the Service securely
- Analytics partners – aggregate, anonymised data only
- Law enforcement – when required by applicable law or court order
- Business transfers – in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You may request account deletion at any time via the Delete Account page. After deletion, most data is purged within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses essential cookies for authentication sessions. We may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) in anonymised mode. Third-party ad SDKs used in the app may use device-level identifiers (not browser cookies). You can limit ad tracking through your device settings without affecting core app functionality.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@playbulls.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), role-based access control, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
